What are your delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are as follows:
Monday to Saturday: 10 am to 12 am (Last order for express delivery: 11 pm)
Sunday: 10 am to 10 pm (Last order for express delivery: 9 pm)
Please note that the last order time mentioned above is applicable for same-day delivery on both Monday to Saturday and Sunday.
What do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery fee for same-day and next day delivery to the Central Coast areas is $12.50, and for the Hunter areas, it is $12.50 as well. For areas outside our catchment postcodes, there is an additional delivery fee of $15, and shipping will be arranged through Australia Post.

Is there a minimum delivery?

There is no minimum order requirement for delivery, ensuring you can conveniently order any quantity of products you desire. However, please note that our delivery charge always starts at $12.50, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery service to your location.

How long will it take to deliver?

On the shipping page, you have the flexibility to choose the delivery option and timeframe that best suits your needs. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on your location within Australia. Our estimated delivery times range from as fast as 60 minutes for local areas to approximately 5-7 days for more remote locations. Rest assured that we strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery to all our customers across the country.

What happens if I’m not at home when you deliver?

For same-day deliveries through Booze Express, it is a requirement that someone over the age of 18 is present to receive the order. Our delivery drivers may request a valid form of photo identification to confirm the recipient’s age. If you are unable to provide a valid ID demonstrating that you are over 18 years old, your order will be cancelled, and a return charge of $20 will apply for returning the goods to the pick-up location. This policy ensures compliance with liquor regulations and promotes responsible service and delivery of alcohol. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Can you leave my order in a safe place if I am not home?

No, for same-day deliveries by Booze Express, we prioritise the safe and responsible delivery of your order. If you are not available to receive your order, we are unable to leave it in a safe place. Instead, for standard delivery orders, our delivery driver will take the package back to the local depot and leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery. In some cases, if the delivery is handled by Australia Post, the package will be taken to your local post office for pickup. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but appreciate your understanding as we ensure the secure and reliable delivery of your order.

What if I change my mind once I’ve ordered?

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This applies specifically to same-day delivery orders. Therefore, we kindly request that you carefully review and confirm your order before selecting this option. If you have any concerns or inquiries regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us via email. Our team will be more than happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.

What if you don’t stock what I want?

At Booze Express, we take pride in our extensive selection of wine, beer, spirits, snacks, and party extras. However, if there’s a specific product you’d like us to offer, we’d love to hear from you. Do you accept returns?

Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to help you make an informed purchasing decision. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully consider your choices before placing an order. However, if you encounter any issues with broken, damaged, or faulty products during transit, please reach out to us, and we will be more than happy to assist you. Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?
Yes, absolutely! If you do not need your order immediately, just select the delivery option which suits you at checkout and leave directions in the comments box to tell us when you would like to receive your order.
What form of ID do you accept?
As per the Liquor Control Reform Act 1988, the acceptable forms of identification must be one of the following photo ID materials: Australian Driving License, NSW Learner Permit, NSW Proof of ID Card, Australian or Foreign Passport, Keypass Card (including digital keypass).
